I first came across Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle years ago, and it’s stuck with me ever since. The idea of leading with why — not what or how — just made sense. It’s easy to get lost in tools, tasks, or outputs. But this flipped it: start with purpose, then build everything else around it.
Over time, the Golden Circle became more than just a framework — it became a filter for how I work. Whether I was fixing a broken report or overhauling a system, I always came back to the same questions: Why are we doing this? What are we really trying to solve? And how can we do it better?
